Regarding Service request activity and order type

Hi All,

when we create a SR with Service activity "France Ship (Charge), the SO created has a "Service Order FR " order type, but when the Service activity is "France Call Center", the order type is "France Order FR" and the line type is "Ship only".

Please explain the reason why there are 2 different order types.
