Invoice WorkBench Error

Inv# 219080 unable to query in Oracle. It pops up a screen stated : " FRM-40735 : POST-QUERY TRIGGER RAISED UNHANDLED EXCEPTION ORA-01403" in oracle.We can see teh Invoice in Database.

The User is using AP EMEA INVOICE ENTRY responsibility and all the users have te same error Qurying this invoice.We are able to see teh Invoice normally under AP Global INquiry.
