user is getting "Database: Error 10003 in storage JOB"

Hello Team,

Our application persons are complaining about slow performance of the database and they have provided error like "Database: Error 10003 in storage JOB.".

When I looked up in metalink, I have found that this is an event which we could set for tracing. But do not have any clue if this can hamper the performance of the database.

is this the possible reason for such behavior?

ORA-10003: control file crash event3


NOTE: we do not have any log or trace for this error.
