What’s the right mime type value for UltraEdit for Text

Hello,

I have a customer has business needs:

EBS user really need IE open .txt MIME type through text application (ex: notepad or UltraEdit) from EBS R12 form view output file.
Because they will run a 132 column wide report, can not be cut off to 2 lines .

Issue Symptom:

Even Same Setup:

• When customer use IE Browser ,cannot view ebs R12.1 or R12.2 request output file through UltraEdit.

- Internet Explorer always automatically opens the file to be viewed -that’s not expected.

But when using Firefox or Chrome, it CAN prompt 'Save As' window to allow user to choose open output file as preferred output format(Word,UltraEdit,Text).
