BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.1 Running but no health

Hello,

We have recently installed BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.1. Whenever user run large reports, the BI Publisher application instance looses health and the application stop responding. In the admin server console the application is still running but there is not health. Any thought how do address this issue?
