po line and its req are cancelled but records are still open with no cancelled quantity

Hi,

Please your assistance with the issue. PO line is cancelled and also it's releated PR line but the shipment of the PO and PR line are still open and the quantity cancelled is 0. Also the amount still shows the full amount.

Also the only action I have in the control for all levels are finally closed but this does not release thr amount nor the quantitycancelled still remain 0.
