Oracle PLM Mobile? Where is the download?

Hello,

I have multiple customers wanting us to install and configure the Agile PLM Mobile application.  I have searched everywhere that I can think of to find the download package for this, but I can't locate it.  It's not on OTN, it's not on edelivery.  Any ideas?  Did they take it away, or am I missing something?
