Solaris 11 Project file creation

Team,

Need your help on creating project file or resource allocation in Solaris 11. I did differnt ways to configure

1) Added /etc/project file 2) using proj add command.

But if i use su - fnsw  it works fine & i am able to see the allocated values.

But If i directly login to fnsw user i see the default values.

is there any changes in solaris 11 to update the values or any other method for regular user's value configure...

Please suggest.
