Ability to enter fields in CAPS only in the Search by Field in Contact Center
Hello,
Is there a way in which the Search by filter in Contact Center when selected with appropriate value take values in CAPS only.
Example in the Search by Field, select serial number as the search criteria from the list and when you enter the serial number it take values in CAPITAL letter only.

Appreciate any direction on this.
