Internet Expenses Global Menu - External URL Link - Form Function

Hello Everyone,

We have requirement to link to external URL from oracle. So I have created a function as below, But it's not going to the oracle page mentioned in form function.


Description

       Function: TESTING, Function Name: Oracle URL, Desc: Oracle External URL

Properties

       Type: SSWA plsql function, None, Responsibility

Web HTML

       HTML Call: us/downloads/index.html

WEb Host

       Host Name: https://www.oracle.com

After creating this function, attached it to Menu/Submenu "Expenses Global Menu", Clicked on Oracle URL, Here in host place it takes apps instance host follows with us/downloads/index.html and page runs into error.
