Payment Process Request for multiple payment methods

We have created a payment process reqeust template that does not have any payment methods defined for this request template becuase we are trying to use this to process all our wire payments in one reuqest. We have the payment methods defined in the Payment Process Profile for the 3 wire payment methods that we are processing in this request. My question is when we run the selecetion process it is pulling in all payment methods and not just the one's defined on the Payment Process Profile, however when we run the next step of the PPR it pulls just
