Demantra Worksheet Export to offline use is very slow

Hi

We are facing issue with worksheet export to offline use. It takes long time to download the worksheet for offline use (Currently it takes around 15 mins for a simple worksheet to download).Just want to check is this a Normal system behavior, I haven’t worked on offline worksheets in previous implementation hence do not know if this is how the offline worksheets works? Please provide your thoughts
