Handling Large Email / Attachments in CRM
We recently went live with Oracle / PeopleSoft ERP CRM 9.2 and just checking if other users have had to adjust settings for RB_MAIL_READ and PTSF_GENFEED for ability to handle larger emails / attachments with sizes > 10 mb up to posibly 20mb. I have tested adjustments in a couple of places and see that the processes are running longer but still fail eventually.
Our customers are monitoring and can move off problem emails but not sure this is the best practice.
