Issue with Oracle Demantra Spectrum Installer - Demantra 7.3.1.5.0 on Windows 8 Laptop

Dear Demantra Experts,

I'm trying to install Demantra 7.3.1.5.0 on my Windows 8 64 bit Laptop so I can build a customer demo however when I open the setup.exe file and select on the "install demantra spectrum" button the window just closes with nothing happening and also with no error message. I have attached a screenshot of the window in this discussion, on the other hand when I select on the other buttons they work fine and are responsive.

Installation details:

Windows 8 64 bit Machine

Demantra 7.3.1.5.0 32 bit

I ran the same setup.exe file on my windows 7 64 bit machine and it worked fine.
