System Generated ID Fields

Good Day....

I have used up the system generated ID's in the Activity file and need a couple more to complete the project I am working on. I don't see the option when creating a new field to pick ID so I am wondering if this would be a default value on the field itself? I want the field to work as an invoice...when a new task is created, I want a new number assigned. It would be good if the default value could start with QUOTE - (and then the number).

If someone out there can make sense of what I am asking and has a solution that would be fantastic.
