F43121 -Not updated for OV MATC-1

Hello,

We face many time a issue where user not allow to voucher the OV, every time we need to run SQL for data updating, problem narration given below

For example System generate OV for four lines ,but for one line user can see in close line  only the same & user not allowed to voucher it,  below filed are not updated which need to update through SQL.
