oem alerts trend analasys

Hi ,

I would like to do a trend analasys on all the alerts that comes from OEM.   But i am not sure of which view(s) to query to get the historical alert information from OEM repository database.

I am also interested in knowing if there is any way to redirect these oem alerts to some other table. I have HTML DB ( Apex) application where i will create a portal to login for the team. So that team can own this alert and close it. This way it is possible to know who is .working on which alert. 

Any help on this is very much appreciated.
