I need to disable unapprove button on Journal window in General Ledger for non-approvers of journals

I need to disable unapprove button on Journal window in General Ledger for non-approvers of journals. How may I achieve this?

Essentially, there we have a business requirement to prevent colleagues who are not authorised to approve journals to 'unapprove' journals after being approved by a designated approver.
