Oracle BI Publisher Excel Template Layout - problem with generating data

Hi Experts!

We have a problem with Oracle BI Publisher Excel Template Layout.

We created the simplest XLS template using the Excel Analyzer. XML generated successfully. But when we run the report it is blank, doesn't return any data.

It happens only on one BI server. When we copy this report on another BI server it works fine.

We compared two servers but couldn't find anything that could effect this. 

Please suggest on this issue.
