Chat integration with non-Siebel Call Center application
Hi all,
We are currently developing a new Siebel CRM application, based on the Siebel Public Sector application.
One of our requirements is to integrate a chat service into this application.
I've done some research on integration with Siebel Chat, but all the information I can find talks about integration with Siebel Call Center, and the use of Oracle Contact on Demand.
I'd like to know if it is possible to integrate Siebel Chat (or any other chat application, but preference goes to Siebel Chat) with the Siebel Public Service Application to allow users to chat amongst eachother.
Any information on this topic is highly appreciated.
