eText Positive Pay summary lines, Count and Sum not working properly

I'm generating a positive pay file for the bank and they requested summary line for the account (we have multiple accounts) and a summary line for the file. The summary needs to have a count of items (checks) and sum the check amounts at each level.

Sample:

I managed to create a template that produced the following:

10048748187356500002000032014072500000000005USD	AMITAVA BASU

            Account                                         Check amt (Sum)

Notice the account is not populated and sum is wrong on the summary line.

Please help.
