Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage error/BEA-002611

I have started having issues running my local 11g forms on my local weblogic server.  After several attempts I can get the form to run but usually I get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage error message.  It worked fine for over a year and this last week this started happening.  I am not aware of any changes made to my computer that would cause this.

I also noticed that in the command prompt when starting weblogic I have the following error:  BEA-002611 hostname AUSLR8YW9T5.americas.PPDI.LOCAL maps to multiple IP addresses.

computer name is auslr8yw9t5
