Field Service Laptop/Web To Go Sync Issue with CSL_CUSTOM tables

When trying to sync an SR which has been updated by one CSE and then sync'ed back by another CSE, the data updates from the first CSE (same SR) are not available in the other CSE's instance in Web to Go. These updates are being performed in the CSL tables (ex CSL_CUSTOM_1) in the olite DB. 

 

For ex. if CSE 1 updates the  SR 100  , saves and performs a sync, and then CSE 2 who is also assigned  SR 100 , performs a sync, the data updates by CSE 1 are not reflected in CSE 2 instance. We also tried updating CSE 2's data and tested if it was being sync'ed up to CSE 1 s laptop, that also failed. We have created custom pages to hold additional information in the CSL_CUSTOM tables.
