Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We have added the substitute item for ‘IT_NK LUMIA 710_U’ substitute item was ‘IT_NOKIA_ASHA_309_U’ and after this we have got error .

API Failed while Creating Substitute Line. ONTOE_INVALID_ITEM_UOMInvalid unit of measure for this item”. could you help me why this error was
