Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. With regard to above document, can somebody further clarify the statement "

A MANIFEST record now exists in the F989999 table that is used to keep the data in the Serialized

Object database in synch with the XML spec package as the XML spec package is updated due to the

application of update packages.
