When using oe_order_adj_pvt.price_action we are getting error for org_id

We are doing a nightly reprice on our open sales orders using the oe_order_adj_pvt.price_action api we had it working in 12.0.6 but now in 12.1.3 we are getting an org_id error but the api does not call for the org_id as an input value--how can we resolve this issue?
