Need to update register when passing goods to Non Excise customer

I have goods in my Excisable warehouse in Trading Org. I need to sell these goods to a Non Excisable customer.

While shipping, I do not want to do the Matching of receipts. But I want the RG23D register to be debited with the quantity.

 

Is this possible in Standard India Localization in oracle?
