FAH User Transaction Identifiers

Hi,

I have set up a few events and rules in FAH and successfully generated journals to GL, but not getting the User Transaction Identifiers to display on the Inquiry screens and reports.

I have created 10 identifiers linked to my sources in my view on a event class, also run the Create Accounting process with the "Include User Transaction Identifiers" set to Y, but still no detail.

Have found notes and patches which are already applied  and still not managing to get these displayed. We are on 12.1.3.

Please assist?
