Cost Center Set up

Hi experts, is there a way to assign a flat OH rate for each cost center inside a branch plant location. I would like to add a Cost Center Rate independent from the Run Rate. This is to be able to assign 1 flat rate to each WCTR to identify Cost allocations. Thank you all for your advise, Best regards.
