Questions regarding Israel Localization patches

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Our organization has a business requirement to apply the localization patches for
Israel, specifically anything that is categorized as a ‘Legal Requirement’.
Based on the Israel Localization Data Sheet, we believe we have identified the
patches that are needed to meet this requirement and have downloaded the
required patches from Note 470635.1.  for our 12.1.3 EBS environment. The questions
we have are:

  1. Would there be
    any prerequisites to applying the localization patches?
  2. How do we make
    sure that we have identified the correct patches?
  3. If so, in what
    order should these patches be applied?
  4. Can any of
    these patches be merged?
