ORA 600 [12421]

I am repeatedly seeing ORA600 error in 11.2.0.1 alert log of data warehousing database. It generates incident and trace files in database. Since it is internal error, i generated a package in Grid Control and uploaded to support for review.

I found out that error raised between the time when automatic SQL Tuning Advisor runs during every night's maintenance window. I extracted SQL statement from trace file and tried to execute few times in sqlplus. Also tried to perform explain plan on same SQL, but couldn't reproduce the error.
