Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC)

Blank Control Totals - bank statement form - empty Control Total Lines

For one of my large accounts, the LINES box in the CONTROL TOTALS is empty.

There are plenty of lines, and in fact the LINE TOTALS section has the correct amount.

Can you help tell why the Control Total Lines may be blank?

Other bank accounts in my setup work just fine. So far, this one bank account is the only one I have seen like this.
