R12.1.3 - Impact on projects of spiltting a single legal entity into two

We are reimplementing R12.1.3. We have a scenario where a single legal entity is getting split into two legal entities as the entity uses two functional currencies. We have a structure of one operating unit per ledger. We also have one ledger per legal entity. We have multiple project organizations per operating unit. We would like to know if there might be an adverse impact on projects due to this split of legal entity. Could you please let us know of any adverse impacts?
