Siebel 8.2 and Ipad

We have an Ipad that is developed by 3rd party application and we need to integrate to Siebel 8.2?  What options are there to integrate Ipad to Siebel 8.2? I am not too familiar with Siebel wireless or Siebel Mobile Connected application but would these mobile application be best for this purpose?  Also, is there any information how to setup security accessing Siebel from Ipad?
