How do I make the Resolution Summary Notes mandatory for the MFSW module? Is there a flag or profil

How do I make the Resolution Summary Notes mandatory for the MFSW module?  Is there a flag or profile option to do this? I only need it to be mandatory in the Mobile Field Service module not the Teleservice module. Is this possible?
