Payroll Interim Workbench Totals
We are on E1 Apps 9.0, Tools 9.1.4.4.
Our Payroll Interim Workbench Totals still show values even though all the interim payments have been processed. I found Document ID 627809.1 that states in question #4:
Question 4: Why do the total values on the interim workbench not clear or reset when interims are deleted or processed?
Answer 4: Clear the values via SQL from the F07210 or delete and re-add the interim id. This is a display issue only.
Do we really need to SQL out the Totals? Or are we missing an ESU? I wouldn't think that the system would be designed that way.
