B7333 Citrix User fail to run report if version is checked out to local fat

Hi, B7333 citrix user fail to run specific report whenever the report version is checked out to local fat but if report template is checked out, it does not have any problem...

is there any way to allow the citrix user to run the report while the report version is being checked out onto local fat client ?
