Only amended Lines in notification workflow

In current process on revision of selective line item(s) in a PO/WO, it populates all the line item(s) in the re-approval process under notification workflow any feasibility if it displays only the amended line item(s) of it. Normally in the WO line items at times approximately count is up to 100.
