Does the database on ODA use the CPU from both Nodes?

Hi I am new to the ODA,

Does the oracle database instance on ODA use the CPU from both Nodes? Or

The database instances on server1 use the CPU cores from the server1 and the database instances on server 2 use the CPU Core from the server2.

As we plan install the single instance databases(not RAC or RAC one) on both nodes.
