Siebns.dat file is not getting updated after the upgrade.

Hello Experts,

We recently upgraded our DEV and SIT environment from 8.1.1.7 to 8.1.1.11, we compared the siebns.dat file of both environments and observed there is some version difference.

It appears the patch details are not getting updated in the siebns dat file, please correct me if my understanding is incorrect.

What is the impact if it is not getting updated?
