E812_fat client installation error on win7 64bit

Hi, i would like to know what version of MS framework is required in this version E812?  Currently they failed  in current version 4.5 64bits on win7 64bits ; it prompt me the error message "This product is not supported on a 64-bit operating system. Setup will now exit."..They tried to install framework 32bits but it does not allow to  be installed.

In the MTR for TR 8.9x, it does not state any framework is requied....wondering were there any other missing steps in installing FAT client ?
