Setting of applicant status and status date after new employee process
Could someone help me understand if the system is operating as designed or if I need some additional setup? When we run the applicant "hire" process, the status for the applicant sets to the code specified in the processing options for P08401 (for us this is code 71). But when payroll processes the new-hire as an employee, the applicant status code and status date are set to blank. Is this the way the system is supposed to operate?
