Multiple Lease Payment Schedules in FA

We have a situation wherein we use two lease payment schedules for a single lease.  1. Lease payment schedule that increases every year. We use this payment schedule to pay out to the lessors.  2. Straight line method of lease payment schedule. We use this payment schedule to report to out income statements.   We would like to have every lease associated with two lease payment schedules, and do not find a way to do it currently in Oracle FA.
