Sales tax is 7% for the first $5000.00 and then 6% for anything over

We do not have Vertex Sales Tax.  We are on JDEdwards EnterpriseOne release 9.1. We are selling products from Indian River County

the sales tax is 7% for the first $5000.00 and then 6% for anything over

$5000.00.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this because  JDEdwards EnterpriseOne does not have an option for this type of sales tax calculation.
