Oracle 12c cloud incidents to Service-Now incident Mgmt tool
Hello,
Can someone guide me steps or provide some document links on connecting the Oracle 12c cloud to my ticketing tool Service-Now as that is being used as a Incident Mgmt tool.
I'm trying to explore if there are methods available for logging oracle incidents or metrics errors defined to log a ticket automatically in the service-now, i found some notes on using the Remedy and HP ticketing tool..but not for service-now.
