OSP job business impact if we do manual move and completion before creating receipt

Hello All,

Created OSP job with PO Move resource .Somone did manaul move transaction before creating receipt.So the record will stuck on pending move transactions window.(If the receipt involves a PO Move resource, the assemblies are also moved from the Queue intraoperation step of the outside processing operation into the Queue intraoperation step of the next operation.)..

We are suggesting user to delete from pending move transactions window as manual move transaction had been performed.Then user can close the job with out any issue..We can restrict them by creating OSP shop floor status and assiging to WIP parameters.So no one can do manual move and completion transaction if the OSP job having PO Move resource .
