I am planning an upgrade to Primavera 8.3 SP3, is Primavera support available 24 hours 7 days a week?
My upgrade is scheduled to start Friday 3pm Eastern and completed Sunday at noon Eastern. Is support available in case anything goes wrong with the upgrade scripts - 24 hours 7 days a week?
