Automatic License plate creation with different lots

Is it possible to build multiple lots of the same item onto the same license plate without adding each item/lot one by one manually?  Currently, each lot is being assigned a new license plate in this scenario (P4312 option 4. Assign Items to License Plate Window (P46L30 is set to 0.)  I realize I can add each lot of this item manually but this is not desired.

 

Scenario 1:  Build license plates for 500ea (500 different lots) of item 210. Outcome- A new LPN is assigned for each lot.

UOM Conversion for Item 210

                      UM Structure

1 PL= 25 CA          1

1 CA=25 EA           2

1 EA=1KG  and so on.
