Exadata Bundles and Linux Security Updates

My customer determined that although they have installed the Image version 11.2.3.3.0 with the Kernel version: LINUX X86-64 OELRHEL 5 2.6.39-400.126.1.el5uek, there are a number of Linux security updates missing, some of them going back to 2013. The exact list is shown below. Can anyone tell me why these updates are missing and does it mean that the customer has to keep checking vulnerabilities and installing the missing security updates themselves, even if they are current on the Exadata Bundles? The exact list of missing Linux Updates follows:
