FRC INVIVCSU.fmx, INVIDITM.fmx, INVISDRI.fmx forms generate in error

I installed a merged patch so I do not know which patch caused the problem but the following FRC forms do not generate successfully.
The US version are OK.

INVIVCSU.fmx
INVIDITM.fmx
INVISDRI.fmx

Log files show the following errors:


ERROR generating form "forms/FRC/INVISDRI.fmx" from input file
/data/app_m/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/forms/FRC/INVISDRI.fmb


Compiling KEY-DELREC trigger on RELATED_ITEMS data block...
Compilation error on KEY-DELREC trigger on RELATED_ITEMS data block:
PL/SQL ERROR 201 at line 1, column 1
identifier 'RELATED_ITEMS.KEY_DELREC' must be declared
